Sealed Bids are invited from Reputed Builders / Developers for Proposed Redevelopment of BOMBAY TAXIMEN'S CHSL CTS No. 306, LBS Marg, Kurla West, Mumbai- 400070 Gross plot area in possession of society is 34,354.80 SQM and it consist of 656 residential units, and 30 shops having existing carpet area of 3,29,240.00 SFT. Blank RFP document for Redevelopment is available in Society Office from 28/01/2026 to 11/02/2026 between 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM on all working days on non-refundable & non-transferable payment of Rs. 1,18,000/-by way of DD in favour of "Bombay Taximen's CHSL". The RFP documents shall only be issued on submission of request letter to Society.

The Society reserves its right to accept or reject any or all Bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.
