New Member Enrolment Assistance
Post-redevelopment, the Society is required to formally enrol new members—such as additional flat purchasers or newly inducted members—in accordance with applicable cooperative laws, approved share structure, and Society bye-laws. Proper enrolment ensures legal validity of membership, voting rights, and long-term governance stability.
