Evaluation of Completed & Ongoing Project Track Record

A developer’s past performance is one of the most reliable indicators of future execution capability. Reviewing completed and ongoing projects helps assess delivery standards, adherence to timelines, construction quality, and overall project management efficiency.

We prepare and present a detailed Past Performance Report of any three prospective developers, covering completed and ongoing projects (maximum three projects per developer), enabling the General Body to make an informed and risk-assessed decision.

Scope of Our Services

For each prospective developer, we review:

• Maximum three representative projects

• Mix of completed and ongoing projects

• Similar scale or redevelopment-type projects

• Actual vs committed timelines

• Construction quality standards

• Occupation certificate status

• Client or society feedback (if available)

3. Ongoing Projects Assessment

4. Timeline & Performance Analysis

We evaluate:

• Delay patterns, if any

• Strengths and weaknesses of each developer
