The Special General Body Meeting (SGM) conducted in the presence of an Authorized Officer appointed by the Hon’ble Deputy Registrar ensures statutory compliance, procedural fairness, and legal validity in the redevelopment decision-making process. The supervision of the Authorized Officer safeguards neutrality and strengthens the credibility of resolutions passed for developer selection.
We assist the Managing Committee in convening the Special General Body Meeting (SGM) in the presence of the Authorized Officer and Developer’s Representatives, ensuring a transparent, impartial, and legally valid process for selection of the appropriate developer.
