Redevelopment PMC
Site Monitoring, Quality & Compliance Reporting
Active site supervision during redevelopment is essential to safeguard construction quality, adherence to approved plans, statutory compliance, and contractual timelines. Independent monitoring ensures transparency, accountability, and early identification of deviations.
We deploy eligible and qualified engineers to carry out continuous day-to-day site monitoring of construction activities and to prepare monthly Quality & Compliance (Q&C) Reports, covering structural, electrical, plumbing, waterproofing, and finishing works. Monitoring is undertaken for a maximum period of 36 months from the date of demolition of the building by the proposed Developer, subject to a minimum 75,000 sq. ft. rehabilitation area.
