Fire NOC Compliance
Fire safety compliance is a critical statutory requirement in redevelopment projects. Obtaining and maintaining a valid Fire No Objection Certificate (Fire NOC) requires strict adherence to sanctioned fire safety plans, installation standards, and inspection protocols. Any non-compliance may delay Occupancy Certificate issuance or expose the Society to serious safety and legal risks.
We prepare Fire NOC compliance reports in coordination with fire consultants and authorities.

To reduce regulatory and safety risks
To support timely project completion
We examine:
Sanctioned fire layout drawings

Authority-imposed conditions
Refuge area and access compliance
Fire staircase and exit configurations
In coordination with fire consultants, we verify:
Fire hydrant systems
